Whats so GREAT about Vibrant?
We’ve been certified organic for 22 years. We comply to all organic standards and use all COMPLETELY organic mineral (which is not a common practice). We also use all homeopathic and naturalpathic remedy’s to treat our animals should they have health issues. By doing this we ensure there are ZERO drugs, hormones, Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO), and no pesticides are used on the crops that the animals eat.
All our cows are grass-fed only, which limits the fat content and increases the nutritional value. We have a closed cow-calf operation which ensures that all our livestock are raised and treated under our care and are clear of all harmful things, so that our animals live a very healthy happy life!
On top of that- Vibrant Farms is committed to providing the customer with a nutritionally superior product, while keeping costs low AND ensuring a sustainable production chain – so that the farmers can keep doing what they love to do!
1) Mineralization- this is a fairly new “buzz” word out there, and you wont find many farmers doing this. But we have been farming for 22 years this way and have found that when MICRO-nutrients are present, the animals have more energy, experience less health and immune issues, as well as a whole host of other benefits. But in the end what it means for YOU the consumer is you also will have the micro-nutrients necessary to help with your immune health, and have more energy!!
2) Sustainability- As you may well know, its all about price and the bottom line in business today. Which is definitely a good thing as it makes things affordable for consumers, however what ends up happening is the farmers are taking losses, while the middle man keeps all the profit. Our committment to you is that we will offer you a superior product, at a reasonable rate AND make sure the farmers are being compensated fairly – because if they continue to be gauged, local farms will become a thing of the past, and you’ll be left with corporate- mass farming (which has been much of the reason for the lack of nutrients and care in producing meat and vegetables). Sometimes farmers even have to PAY outrageous amounts to be able to market under a certain name – This is not a sustainable solution for the production chain.
So there ya have it – thats why we’re different!!!
