How do I order?
The best way to order is to send an email using the contact form or clicking this link then we'll get back to you about timing and when you can expect it. We can talk order details and quantities and how we can fit it all within your budget!
Now you can place an order ONLINE through our new order form. The items for order will change periodically so be sure to check back now and then. After you order you will receive an email when your order is ready - easy & convenient for our customers. Payment will be by cash, cheque or e-transfer. Click HERE to view our current order form.
How much should I order?
It really depends on the size of your household, freezer space, and budget. View the available products on our "Products" webpage to get more information about available packages. We are pleased to assist in helping you determine the best package or quantity of products that is right for you!
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Most products we offer are available at different times of the year (seasons). Check the "Products" page to see what is available now and what needs to be pre-ordered. We take orders year-round for bulk freezer packages and they are usually available for pickup within 2-4 weeks.
How do I get my order?
We are a working family farm and do not currently have a retail storefront location. However, we hold pre-scheduled pickup dates/times on a weekly basis. Fill out the contact form if you'd like to inquire when the next pickup date/time is and/or place an order and we will provide you with the next available scheduled pickup info.
We've also just added a pickup location in KITCHENER at Sage Naturopathic Clinic in downtown Kitchener near Queen St. S & Highland Rd. Products are available for pickup every few weeks at this location during Sage's regular business hours. Items must be pre-ordered.
You may also order some of our meats through Bailey's Local Foods online market and pickup your order in Waterloo at their pre-scheduled pickup dates. This is a great option if you are looking for individual cuts of meat instead of bulk meat packages.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, cheque or online EMT (electronic money transfer) are preferred methods of payment. Credit card & debit cards are not accepted at this time. No deposit is required. Payment required once product is received by you.

The farm is located on Carmel-Koch Road near Baden, Ontario. Contact us for exact address and directions.
