Have been meaning to write before now to express how much we are enjoying our variety pack we bought from you over a month ago.  The meat is so lean & flavourful.  We just now finished a tenderloin steak dinner a la your recipe for peppercorn steak and it was just delicious. Once we make our way through this pack we’ll definitely be back to see you. Thanks so much for raising grass fed, happy cows! Our best to you and the family~

Our family officially had a taste of everything, and we have the following comments:

1) Those chickens are massive. We can’t believe it’s not GMO.

2) The chicken actually tastes like chicken. In an instance, Mom poached them with fresh thyme and oregano from the garden–a new favourite!
3) The prime rib was one of the main events at our company bbq–we can eat a lot of it.

4) With the superb soup bones you gave us and a basket of fresh vegetables that I hand-picked from Whittamore’s, a local farm not far from home, we made a very colourful and absolutely delicious Russian borscht.
We’re fans and we want more.

We tasted your meat and love the flavour and texture.  There is just the right amount of fat, and I didn’t really need to change my cooking methods.  Our chiro described the meat as nutrient dense.  Awesome!

I had the steaks tonight. The taste is really quite different and there is actually flavour in this meat without seasoning. I don’t want to go back to corn-fed beef. I am hooked!

Just cooked up some of the ground beef to make tacos (only I’m just having the seasoned beef on quinoa), it was different right from the cooking process. I’m not sure what type of beef it is (I usually buy lean) but this is gooood stuff!
Thanks for bringing some over for me. Tell your Dad that I’m so glad he does what he does.

Oh - and thank you thankyou thank you for showing us around the farm when we came by. The kids were so excited, and I am a little in love with Bessie – and dreaming of having a Jersey of my own one day. It was such a wonderful afternoon for us, I think I talked the ear off of everyone I saw for the next few days about how great a time we had.
